Slaying Suspect Wants Murder Tattoo Removed From Neck
A Kansas man charged with first-degree murder needs to get rid of his neck tattoo, that is that the mirror of the word "murder."
Jeffrey Chapman asked for an expert tattoo creator to get rid of or hide the tattoo. however prosecutors were against transporting Chapman to a tattoo facility.
"The parties reached associate degree agreement that the litigator would wear a turtleneck," Lisa Taylor, spokesperson for the Kansas Supreme Court's workplace of Judicial Administration, told NBC News on Wed.
Chapman is charged with the murder of a person whose body was found in November 2011. Chapman's trial begins Monday, reports the good Bend (Kan.) Tribune.
